I am a user experience researcher who empathizes with users and stakeholders to create products that provide value to both. I am an advocate for user needs and a problem-solver for business challenges.

I graduated with my master’s degree in UX and Content Strategy from the University of Washington. With my user research training and a background in communication, I ask meaningful questions, listen actively, leverage mixed methods, discover actionable insights, and narrate findings for business impact. I previously worked for Divercity.io, Walmart, Cascade Bicycle Club, and the University of Washington.

Before finding my way into UX, I had 3+ years of professional experience planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns for tech, travel, and manufacturing companies.

My background has equipped me with many transferable skills, including end-to-end project management, cross-functional team collaboration, and stakeholder communication.

I successfully managed an influencer campaign for a city tourism board including in-person tours and social media promotions, and achieved over 500k impressions and engagement.

I grew up in Beijing, enjoyed 7 years in Hong Kong, and now reside in the "Water-Winter Wonderland" - Michigan. Working with talents with diverse backgrounds has been my routine. I am passionate about accessibility and DEI.
